These Website Terms and Conditions apply between you, the User of this Website and Chatbot Copywriter ("CC"), the owner and operator of this Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and/or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality. "CC" is under no obligation to update information on the Website.

6. Whilst "CC" uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, we give no warranty or guaranty in that regard and all Users take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers.

7. "CC" accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website.

12. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

13. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.

14. These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.

This Privacy Statement explains in detail the types of personal data we may gather from you when you interact with us. It also explains how we’ll store and handle that data, and keep it safe.


We are Chatbot Copywriter (“CC”). To keep this document simple, ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refers to "CC", our website at ("CC Website”).


We regard all of your personal information as confidential and will not share it with anyone without your authorisation or unless required to by law. We do our best to keep your info safe by making sure it is stored on a secure server.


We get your name, phone number, and email address because (a) you give them to us either by email, by phone or via the chatbot on our website or (b) we gather them as we research your organization as a potential "CC" client, and then contact you using these details if we judget that this may be so.


"CC" only has two ‘uses’ for your personal data. (a) We use it to try and sign you as a client or (b) we use it to provide services to you as a client.

Your Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes.


In order for the applications on the "CC" Website to function, we place a “strictly necessary” session cookie on your computer when you visit the "CC" Website, which gathers no personally identifiable information. This cookie is deleted when you leave the site.


"CC" will always promptly show you a copy of your data as we store it, move it to another location of your choice if possible, and correct any inaccuracies. If you are not a "CC" client and wish to have your personal data deleted from our records, this will be done immediately, and you will not be contacted by us again.
